How to Order Items by Placing a Hold
Place a Hold on Your Phone
Step 1
Log Into “My Library Account”
- Go to the library’s webpage.
- Click on the first large green button.
Step 2
How to Get Your PIN
- The login will request your 900# and your PIN for your password.
- If you do not know your PIN, send an email from your Delta State or Okramail email to the Circulation desk at Circulation_Group@twhz.net. They will respond with your individual PIN.
Step 3
Place a Hold
- Under “Main Menu” click “HOME.”
- Search the catalog.
- Click on the three dots beside the title.
- Click “Place Hold.”
- Select “DSU-Roberts-LaForge Library” as your pickup library and click “Place Hold.”
Step 4
Pick Up
- When your item is ready, you will receive an email with a check-out receipt.
- Go to the Circulation Desk to pick up your item(s).
- Or call (662) 846-4430 for curbside delivery.
Step 5
Renew
- Under “Main Menu” click on “My Account.”
- Click on “Checkouts,” then click on “Library Checkouts.”
- Click on “Renew” found under the title.

- Click “Place Hold,” the first green button beside the title.
- Select “DSU-Roberts-LaForge Library” as your Pickup Library and click “Place Hold.”

- When your item is ready, you will receive an email with a check-out receipt.
- Go to the Circulation Desk to pick up your item(s).
- Or call (662) 846-4430 for curbside delivery.

Additional Information
- You must use your official DSU email or Okramail account to complete your request.
- If you are placing a hold on an item(s) that is located at another library, be aware that it will take one or two weeks to arrive.
Requesting Curbside Pickup
- Upon arrival, call the Circulation Department at (662) 846-4430 and give your name and a description of your vehicle. If you do not have a vehicle, give a description of your clothes.
- If you are unable to reach the Circulation Department, please call the Reference Desk at (662) 846-4431.
- A staff member will bring your items outside.
Frequently Asked Questions
What materials can I get through curbside pickup?
Books, videos, and interlibrary loans.
How can I return materials if the library is closed?
Return materials using the outside drop box located at the library’s main entrance to the east of the front doors.
What if I do not have a vehicle, can I use curbside pickup?
Yes, pedestrians are welcome too. Call us when you are outside of the building and stay at a socially safe distance from the staff member.
How do I order materials via Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?
Continue ordering ILLs through databases and the online form.
Problems with Okramail?
Go to MyDSU where you will be able to reset your password and retrieve your username.
How do I report a problem with curbside pickup?
